The Remote Controlled Weapon Station (RCWS-RO) is a lightweight weapon system fitted with a light machine gun for use on a variety of soft skinned, light armoured and Mine Protected Vehicles (MPV). Some typical applications are: protection against the dismounted threat, providing a first order defence for logistic transport carriers, as well as support and repair vehicles.

The system can be operated by one crew member from under or behind cover
